A flow is a set of pages interconnected with one another asynchronously to create a unique user or customer journey for a particular group of users or even a particular individual user.
A flow allows to create a user/customer journey that helps to understand user behaviour, segment audience or user base and adjust content and learning materials for each of the segments.
